All of our bath and body products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during promotions or peak seasons.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Warm Weather Notice
Our products are made with natural oils and butters and may soften or melt during transit in warm temperatures. This does not affect product quality or performance. We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit.
